Volume 2 offers more routes in the north; these routes are to be coordinated & substituted with routes from Volume 1 offering more variety with northern Baja GPS Routes.  If you only own Volume 2, our route suggestions start in Central Baja through the south.  See  Route suggestions V1 & 2 for a plethora of peninsula options.

If you know the north and are looking for some great options starting further down the Peninsula, try parking at Mike's Sky Rancho to do the central single track loops "The Vicious Circle":

3-day Long Loop: Parking at Mike's Sky Rancho

Day 1: Mike's to Catavina - MKSQ to SQRS to waypoint 2SQ41 to RSPU to PUCT

Day 2: Catavina to El Rosario - RSCTrev

Day 3: El Rosario to to Mike's - SQRSrev to MKSQrev

4-day Loop:

Day 1: Mikes to El Rosario - MKSQ to SQRS

Day 2: El Rosario to Catavina - SQRSrev to RSCT

Day 3: Catavina to San Quintin - PUCTrev to RSPUrev to SQRSrev

Day 4: San Quintin to Mike's - MKSQrev

*or reverse this suggestion from Mike's to San Quintin and so on

Parking at Gonzaga (*this allows you to do the roughest single track in the Vicious Circle):

Day 1: Gonzaga to Catavina - PUCT (main Rd. north Go To WPT 2PU1*adds 40 miles to PUCT w/ no gas options)

Day 2: Catavina to El Rosario - RSCTrev

Day 3: El Rosario to Gonzaga - SQRSrev to waypoint 2SQ41 to RSPU to PUCT then go south on the main Rd. 40 miles (no gas options)
