& CD Recommendations
If you are interested in learning and using GPS Software, we recommend purchasing Fugawi’s Global Navigator GPS software and the Fugawi Guidebook Routes CD ($110 software / $32.95 CD plus shipping). This package is well worth the buck and you have the option of purchasing an already scanned Baja topographical map for $68.95 or a Map of America for $43.95 for coast to coast seamless gliding. These maps are already calibrated in Fugawi and ready for GPS use! Fugawi offers a Canadian phone number for phenomenal customer service without a wait. YOU CANNOT USE THE FUGAWI GUIDEBOOK ROUTES CD WITHOUT PURCHASING FUGAWI SOFTWARE.
We used to sell OziExplorer and offer our routes in that format, but no longer recommend this software due to customer service issues. From Australia, there is no user friendly phone number and email responses were too slow.
With a moving maps software program, you can scan any scale topographical map and create, manipulate, and edit the information gathered by your GPS. Baja does not offer topographical maps already scanned. If you do not wish to scan topos, you can purchase the US 1:500,000 scale Baja topo by clicking on "GPS Guidebooks & CD's” and for the Map of America 1:100,000 click on “GPS Software” on the left side menu.

- Viewing our data & the data you collect on these maps in detail; this is an awesome aide to creating, editing & manipulating data for navigation
