Garmin .Montana 600

.Montana 650T

This is the biggest badest GPS out there! Way to go Garmin.
$595.99

The Montana 650's have the largest screen size at 4" in diagonal beating all other hand-held screen sizes (this really sells me) and comes with the best sunlight screen on the market (great for high sun glare in the desert).  This is a touch screen that works with gloves on (self texted and very impressed!)  Gotta love that. I'm extremely partial to larger screens for easier & safer navigation.  You can touch and move the map on the screen to look around without having to toggle with the up/down keys, which is also a bonus.

The 650T has a camera allowing for GPS photos on your route, a sunlight readable screen (so very worth it!), includes the preloaded 100K US topo, and 3.5GB of built-in memory (huge for working with large maps like the E32).  I own this unit and love it.
